I’m a physical therapist and Pilates reformer instructor. Every day, working with women during classes, I see how important it is not only to move correctly but also to feel comfortable, confident, and free in your own body. Over the years of teaching group and private sessions, I’ve learned what truly helps us enjoy movement — and what sometimes gets in the way.

During workouts, I often noticed one small but meaningful detail — the reformer platform. It can become slippery, sticky, or uncomfortable, especially when the body warms up. From this simple observation grew a bigger idea: to create something that would make every woman’s Pilates routine more pleasant, stylish, and inspiring.

That’s how Dear Pilates was born — a brand inspired by love for movement and the human body. I created reformer mats made of soft suede material with a natural non-slip rubber base, designed to bring comfort, safety, and elegance to every practice.
