Shipping & Returns 

Delivery Methods:

We deliver orders using DPDLP ExpressOmniva, or other reliable courier services.
Your parcel will be delivered to the address or parcel locker selected during checkout.

Shipping Cost:

The exact delivery cost is shown at the checkout stage.

Delivery Time:

– Within Lithuania: 2–5 business days.

Parcel Inspection:

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the packaging immediately.
If you notice damage:

  1. record it in the courier’s/parcel locker system;
  2. notify us right away at info@dearpilates.lt

If no damage is recorded at the time of delivery, the parcel is considered delivered in good condition.

Returns:

We follow Lithuanian and EU consumer protection rules (Civil Code 6.22810–6.22811).

Return Period:

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.

How to Request a Return:

Send us an email at info@dearpilates including:

  1. your full name;
  2. order number;
  3. item you wish to return;
  4. return reason (optional);
  5. bank account number for the refund.

Return Shipping Cost:

– Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Conditions:

Returned items must be:
– unused;
– clean, undamaged, and in resaleable condition;
– without marks or signs of wear;
– in original or tidy packaging;
– in the same completeness as received.

A purchase document and return request are required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Hygiene Exception (Pilates Reformer Mats):

Under Lithuanian Civil Code 6.22810(2)(5), products unsealed or opened in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale due to hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be returned.

This applies to Pilates mats if:

– they have been used;
– they show any signs of body/surface contact;
– the protective film or hygiene seal has been removed or damaged;
– the item can no longer be sold as new for hygiene reasons.

Defective items can always be returned, regardless of packaging.
