These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the www.dearpilates.lt online store and define the purchase relationship between us and the customer. By using our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions.

1.2. The Customer (hereinafter – the “Buyer”) is any natural person purchasing products from this online store.

1.3. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the use of the www.dearpilates.lt online store and define the purchase–sale relationship between the Seller and the Buyer. By using this website and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1.4. These Terms are prepared and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, including but not limited to:

– the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania;

– the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania;

– the Law on Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Lithuania;

– the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);

– other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

1.5. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer also has the right to submit a complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba) at www.vvtat.lt, or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

2. Ordering

2.1. The Customer places an order by selecting products and providing the necessary details.
2.2. The order becomes valid once the payment is received.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or payment is not completed.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
3.2. Payments are processed via Paysera.
3.3. The Customer must provide accurate payment details.
3.4. www.dearpilates.lt is not responsible for payment processing performed by third-party providers.

4. Shipping

4.1. Products are shipped via the selected delivery method: courier or parcel terminal.
4.2. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
4.3. The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address.
4.4. If a parcel is not collected and returns to us, reshipping fees apply.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, following Lithuanian consumer laws.
5.2. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
5.3. Hygiene products with direct body contact (e.g., training mats) cannot be returned if used or damaged.
5.4. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. The Customer must provide correct and up-to-date information.
6.2. The Customer must protect their account credentials.
6.3. The Customer must follow product care instructions.

7. Seller Responsibilities

7.1. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party systems (payment processors, hosting providers).
7.2. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer information or improper product use.
7.3. Our liability is limited to direct damages only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (photos, text, design, branding) belongs to www.dearpilates.lt and may not be copied or used without written permission.
